As a Jesuit institution, the school takes premium to its Non-Academic Formation Program, which also aims for an integrative and holistic formation of Ateneans inspired by the Ignatian way of proceeding. The school has four offices that take special care of the psycho-emotional, spiritual, and socio-civic formation of students. They are the
• Campus Ministry and Social Involvement (CMSI) Office,
• Guidance and Testing (GT) Office,
• Student Activity Program (SAP) or the Student Development Office (SDO),and the
• Discipline Office (DO).
In close partnership with the Academic Formation Program, all the four offices that form the Non-Academic Formation Program work together to achieve the school’s institutional vision, mission, and formation goals.
